The Office of Adult Students and Extended Services (OASES) advising mission is to assist adult and nontraditional students in developing and implementing individual plans for achieving their academic and career goals. Adult Student Ambassador Program
Adult Student Ambassadors serve as an example of success, support, and motivation for other undergraduate adult students. Check out the benefits and rewards for participating!
Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society
Alpha Sigma Lambda is the oldest and largest national chapter-based honor society that recognized the academic acheivements of adult and nontraditional students. Each year, qualified students are invited to join and are celebrated at the annual induction ceremony (read more).
College Transition Course
College Transition for Adult Students – A 2 credit hour course that is designed for adult learners and addresses transition issues, academic planning, career assessments, study skills, writing improvement strategies, and academic resources. Ask your advisor if this is a good choice for you!
Educational and Social Programming
OASES hosts a variety of drop-in and workshop events to enrich the adult student experience. Take a break from the classroom and meet other adult students like you! Check out our scheduled events for this semester!
Scholarships
